AND CLOSING OF A PORTION OF A~ UNN.~ED ALLEY i~&R ~E
IN~RSECTION OF V~ENCIA STREET AND S~A ANA F~EWAY
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 3rd da;f of February, 19~8, the
City Council adopted Resolution N~. ~8-26, declaring its intention
to vacate a portion of a certain unnamed alley described therein,
which said Resolution was published mad posted as required by law;

NOW~ THEREFORE, £i IT RESOLVED: That
City of Santa Ana hereby finds from all tho
said posted notices con-

evidence submitted that
the portion of m~ unnamed ~ ley near the intersection of Valencia
Street and the Santa Ana Freeway, in said Resolution and hereinbelow
described, is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes.
BE IT FURT ER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby makes its
order vacating, abandoning s~d closing up, for street purposes, all
of that portion of an unnsmed al ley in the ~ity of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
All oI' that certain unnmmed alley being 22 feet wide and
running from East to West between Lots 9 and l0 of the
Nob Hill Tract, bounded on the East by the Westerly line
of Valencia Street, a~ on the West by the ~ortheasterly
right-of-way line of Santa ~Lua Freeway.
