NO. 5114 AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING
A BASIC COMPENSATION Pk~N FOR CERTAIN CLASSES 0F EMPLOY-
M~LNT IN THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,
AND ESTABLISi[ING REGULATIONS FOR THE PLACEMENT OF PRESENT
EMPLOYEES WITHIN THE WAGE AND SALARY SCHEDULES PROVIDED~'
WHEREAS, on December 26, 1951, t:%e Board of Trustees of the
City of Santa Aha passed and adopted Resolution No. ~ll4 establishing
a basic compensation plan for certain classes of employment in the
service of the City of Ss~ta Ana; and
~.~HEREAS, it is n~v desired to add a new class of employment
and allocate the same to the salary and wage schedule;
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of ~esolution
No. 5114 be, and the sam~ is, hereby amended by adding to the list of
Class Titles the Class Title of "Right-of-Way Aid" immediately follow-
ing the Class Title of "Recreation Superintendent", and by allocating
thereto Salary and Wage Schedu3~ No.
BE IT FURT~{ER RESOLVED: That
