WHEREAS, GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
has presented to the City Council a Grant Deed dated February 10,
19~8, in consideration of the p~menb of ~10, 000. 00, conveying prop-
erty in the City of Sa~ ta Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
East 50 feet of Lots Eleven and Twelve of G. ~¥. Ford's Addition
to Santa Aha, as shown on a ~'Lap recorded in Book 25, Page 62 of ~is-
cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and Carl J. Thornton, the Cmty s designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said Deed.
