No. 57-~92 58-78 RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 57-292 ~gHEREAS, heretofore on December 2, 1957, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 57-292 denying variance applied for on Appli- cation No. 94©, and WHEREAS, after further study and consideration, and it appear- ing that the erection of a 40' x 150' craneway on pzoperty situated at 2516 South Cypress Avenue for handling, storing and fabricating structural steel in a C-2-PK District, would not be detrimental to the surrounding property, and that the Planning Commission had unan- imously recommended the granting of said variance in its Resolution Mo. 3012, and ~ae Council being fully advised in the premises; NOW, ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution Ho. 57-292 be and the same is hereby rescinded. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of ~arch, 1958.
