Division of Highways~ has presented Amendment N~ber 2 to the Agreement for
:.~aintenance of the State Hig~vay in the City of Santa Aha dated lfay 1~ lpg7.
~WLEREAS~ the City Co~mcil has heard read said Amen~nent N~aber 2 ia full
and is familiar v~ith the contents thereof;
V~ERE~wOP~ be it resolved by the City Cm~ncil of the City of Santa Aha
that said Amendment Number 2 is hereby approved and the 2Layor and the Clerk
of the Council are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
