~ ACGORD~C~ WITH ~SOL~ION OF ~Nf~ION No. 58-15.

on the 7th d~ of April, 1958, publicly did e~ne and declare all sealed
pro~sals or bids for do~g the ~rk mentioned ~ Resolution of Intention
No. 58-15 of said City Council declaring its ~tention to ~prove:

Flora Street between the center line of ~ Street ~d a ~int 330 feet ! east of the center line of Cyp~ss Avenue;

Centr~ Avenue between the center line of M~n Street ~d the center line of Evergreen Street;
Ad~s Street bet~en the center line of Cypress Avenue ~d the center l~e of Evergreen Street;
~ett Street bet~en the center line of Halladay Street and a
~int 158.50 feet I east of the center l~e of ~er~en Street;
Cyp~ss Avenue between the center line of Flora Street ~d a ~t 17~.03 feet ~ south of the center line of Ad~s Street;

Reference to said Resolution of ~tention hereby is made for the description
of the work ~d the assessment district ~d for all ~rther ~rticulars.
NOW, T~O~, T~ CITY COUNCIL OF T~ CITY OF S~TA ~A ~ES ~OL~ AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, to wit: Sully-Miller Contracting Company, pursuant to the bid
submitted for doing the work described in said Resolution of Intention, which said
bid is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council; said award is made at
the Unit prices named in said bid and said City Council hereby rejects all other
proposals or bids for the doing of said work.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council hereby is directed to publish the
Notice of this a~rd twice in the Santa ~a Register, a newspaper published and
circulated in the City of Santa Aha.
SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and
effect.
