ALL FOR CASE CONSIDERATION
~NEPJEAS, the persons whoso names are set out hereinbelow
have delivered to the City deeds granting easements for the widen-
ing of Delhi Road on the north side between Cedar Street and
Rousselle Street, w~ich s~d deeds bear the dates and are in con-
sideration of the amounts next hereinbelow set out opposite the
names of the grantors:

~HEREAS, Fritz G. Roessler and Dorothy L. Roessler delivered
to the City a deed granting a ~-foot easement running northerly from
the north side of the turn-around on 0~ mont Street, along the east-
erly side of Lot ~, in Tract No. 1294, which deed was dated ~arch 19,
19~8, and which deed was in consideration of the sum of {)104.00; and
?~HEREAS, Del D. Eastman and Ann H. Eastman have delivered to
the City a deed dated March 19, 19~8, granting an easement for the
location of a water line through the easterly ~ feet of Lot 21 of
Tract No. 1716, and the southerly 2 feet of the easterly 13.67 feet

to Santa Aha dated April 2, 19~8, in consideration of the sum of
!~ll~00.00; and Pearl Adams and Nary W. Adams have delivered to the
said Lot 21, in consideration of payment of the sum of ~i312.00, and
WHEREAS, 01lie 0. Ambrose and Goldie ~!. Amb~se have delivered
the City a deed granting Lot ~ of the George W. Ford's Addition
City a deed granting the ~orth 50 feet of Lot 4 of the Oeorge W.
?ord's Addition to Sauta Ana, dated March 20, 19~8, in considera-
tion of the payment of $12,2~.00;
MO~V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Saata Ana
accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptmace on said
Deeds.
