QUITCLAIMED TO T]~E PROPERTY OWNER
WHEREAS, on September 25, 1957, there was recorded a deed from
City of Santa Ana granting vehicular access rights for the loca-

regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on

tion of four driveways on Lot ~, in Tract No. 27~2, after the o~mer
of said property had conveyed to the City all rights of vehicular
ingress and egress, and
WHEREAS, the owners of s~d property have delivered to the City
a deed reconveying to the City all such rights existing at this time,
which was~accepted by Resolution No.~8-~8___ and in exchange therefor
should be allowed driveways at different locations to better feed
vehicles into the traffic patterns along the margins of said lot;
NOW, THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute that certain deed
qmitclaiming to Van S. Pomeroy and Kathryn E. Pomeroy all vehicular
access rights over four oortions of Lot ~, in Tract No. 27~2, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in ~ook 79, Pages 30 and ~l, which
said deed is dated April 7, 19~8, and to deliver the same to the
owners of said property.
