CONCERNING PARKING L~VffTATi0NS AND CURB MAPPINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEP~WITH:
BE IT F~DSOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code,
the City declares that portion of Resolution No. 55-250, adopted on the 26th day of
September, 1955, and ordering the curb painted~.~ as follows:
FIFTH ST~T
On the South side of Fifth Street between Sycamore Street and Main Street, as follows:
East l0 feet of the west 139 feet
East 10 feet of the west 193 feet
East 14 feet of the west 251 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby establishes parking regula-
tions and ]~m~tations as set forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code,
as follows:
FIFTH STB~m.T
On the south side of Fifth Street between Sycamore Street and Main Street, as follows:
East 20 feet
West 7 feet of the east 45 feet
West 5 feet of the east 85 feet
West 4 feet of the east 125 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and the Director of P~blic Works
is hereby directed to cause t~s~curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
held on the 7th day of April , 1958.
