IS PAYING CASH ~ID~TION
WHEREA~, GEEALD R. GALLEGOS and ANITA GALLEGOS have presented
to the City a deed dated April 7, 1958, granting an easement for the
widening of Delhi Road on the North side, West of Hickory Street, in
consideration of the payment of $350.00, and '
WHEREA~, JESUS AEVIZU and REBECCA C. ARVIZU have presented to
the City a deed dated April 15, 1958, granting fee title to the
property al cng the North side of Eighth Street, South of E1 Salvador
Park, in consideration of the p~gment of $8,500:00, and
WHEREA~, MAURICE E. GROFF and LYNA GROFP have presented to the
City a deed dated April 1, 1958, granting an easement for ~he widen-
ing of Seventeenth Street, on the North side, between Baker and
Westwood, in consideration of the payment of $1,860.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Sa~ ta Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place on e ach of said deeds a Certificate of Acceptance
and to cause the same to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aaa
at its regular meeting held on the 21st
