WHERE THE CITY ~--~YING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, J. L. McBRIDE and ELLA M. McBRIDE have delivered to
the City of Santa Aha a deed dated April 7, 1958, granting an ease-
ment for the widening of Main Street on the West side, immediately
South of Seventeenth Street; and BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND
SAVINGS ASSOCIATION has delivered to said City a deed dated Feb~uar:y
24th, 1958, granting easement for the widening of Main Street on the
East side, immediately North of Eighth Street, and
WHEREAS, STANDARD PRESSED STEEL CO, a Corporation, has delivered
to said City a deed dated April l, 1958, granting an easement for
the widening of Harbor Boulevard on the East side, and
~S, Rudy H. LUNA and ALICE LUNA have delivered to said
City a deed dated March 24, 1958, granting an easement for the widen-
ing of Eighth Street, on the North side 45 feet East of English
Street, and
WHEREAS, HERBERT W. SCHMIDT and BONNIE JEAN SCHMIDT have de-
livered to said City a deed dated FebruarT 20, 1958, conveying an
easement for drainage and sewer purposes running northerly from
Fourth Street approximately 430 feet East of Eastside Avenue; and
all of said deeds are without cash consideration being paid by She
City;
NOW, THEREF0~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place on each of said deeds a Certificate of Accept-
ance and to cause the same to be recorded with the County Recorder
of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its ~egular meeting held on the 21st day of April, 1958.
