DECLARING CHARGES TO BE MADE AT SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL SWI~ING POOLS
THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOW:
That admission charges shall be made for a~m~ssion to Santa Aha ~mlcipal S~i~ing Pools when the same are operated
by the City, for the purpose of partially defrs~ing the cost of operation on the following basis:
Ail persons 19 yea~ of age, or over, sba11 be charged fifty cents ($.50)
Ail persons under 19 years of age shall be charged twenty-five cents ($.25)
Special rates mw be fixed for instructional purposes, group rental use, and other special uses, at times when
said pool or pools are closed, or during the hours of minimum use.
Regulations as to the age at which children will be admitted to Municipal Swimming Pools without being accompanied
by an adult, as to conduct in and around such pools, and as to other administrative details, ma~ be declared and en-
forced as directed by ~he Board of Recreation and Parks.
That Resolution No. 56-163 is hereby rescinded and repealed.

lng held on that date.
