A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING PROFILE AND IMPROVE-
MENT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
DAISY AVENUE AND OTHER STREETS IN SAID CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain profile and improvement plan,
No. AD 198, on file iu the office of the City Engineer of said City
of Santa Ana, for the improvement of Daisy Avenue between Myrtle
Street and First Street, Myrtle Street between Artesia Street and
Daisy Avenue, Pine Street between Daisy Avenue and Artesia Street,
and Daisy Avenue between Fifth Street and a point 632 feet - north-
erly of Fifth Street, all in the City of Santa Ana, be and the same
hereby is adopted and approved for such work and improvement.
That that certain specification prepared by the City Engineer
for said City of Santa Ana and on file in the office of the Clerk of
the Council thereof entitled "Specifications for Improvement in
Assessment District No. 198" be and the same hereby is approved and
adopted for such work and improvement.
SECTION 2. It is hereby ordered that the above mentioned plans
and specifications shall be filed in the office of the City Engineer
of said city, and both such plans and specifications shall be open
to public inspection.
SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to
