RESOLUTION DE~!~G .y~Ln RIGHT_oF_WAY. INTERSECTIONS:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 471.1, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Fmmicipal
Code of the City of Santa Ana, the City Oeuacil hereby declares the following
named intersection within the City of Santa Aha hereinafter described to be a
"Yield Right-of-Way" intersection, to-wit:
CYPRESS AVE~JE
At the intersection of Cypress Avenue and Berkeley ~reet
That a "Yield Right-of-Way" sign shall be erected at the above intersectiom,
directing traffic on Berkeley Street to "Yield" to the traffic on Cypress Avenue;
and the Director of P~blic Works is hereby directed to cause signs to be erected
as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular
