State of Californ~, Section ~72, ~d Section 3~1 of ~e S~ta ~a M~ici~ Code,
the City decl~es that a ~rti~ of Resolution No. 5~333, adopted on the 17th
of ~cember, 1956, ~d orde~ng the curb p~nted ~ as follows:
