ON BRISTOL STREET AT ME~ORYLANE, AND DRAINAGE RIGHT-OF-
WAY FOR CONNECTION TO THE WEST DITCH
WHEREAS, BANK O~AMERICA NATIONAL T RUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION,?g
a National banking association, has presented a deed dated February 2~,
1958, granting an easement for the widening of North Main Street on
the East side, Just North of Eighth Street; J. J. JACOBS and RUBY MAE
JACOBS have presented to the City a deed dated May 8, 1958, for the
widening of Main Street on the East side, South of Fifteenth Street;
WILLIAM HUTCHENS and ELLEN HUTCHENS have presented to the City a deed~{~
dated May 7, 1958, for the widening of Hain Street on the West side,
North of Fifteenth Street; GERALD W. WISE and JAN L. COLE~L~ nave
presented a deed dated April 25, 19%8, for the widening of North Main
Street on the West side, SoUth of Sixteenth Street; R. C. ROPER has
presented an easement deed dated April 21, 1958, for the widening of
North Main Street on the East side, North of Seventeenth Street;
HARVEY C. MAXWELL and WINIFRED W. M~XWELL have presented to the City
a deed dated May 12, 1958, for the widening of Main Street, on the
West side, South of Eighteenth Street; HARRY CHAN, JR. ~d ROSS D.
BOBZIN have p~esented a deed dated May 5, 1958, for the widening of
Norta Main Street on the West side, Norta of Eighteenth Street;
A. PALOMB0 has presented a deed dated ~ay 5, 1958, for the widening
of Norta Main Street on the West side, North of Eighteenth Street;
KENNETH J. HARRISON and WILLIAM B. BUSTAP~ have presented a deed dated
May 5, 1958, for the widening of North Main Street on the West side,
North of Eighteenth Street; MAC FARLANE ELECTRIC, a Corporation, has
presented a deed dated April 22, 1958, for the widening of North Hain
Street on the East side, North of 20th Street; CLARA EDITH VOSE has
presented a deed dated April 23, 1958, granting easements for spandrel
corners on 20 foot radius on the South side of Memory Dane, at Bristol
Street, all without cash consideration, and
WHEREAS, SUNNY H0~ES, INC. has presented a deed to the City
dated Maylg, 1958; FAIRVIEW HOMES, a limited partnership, has
presented a deed dated April l, 1958, and a deed dated May 8, 1958;
and JOSEPH ROSENBERG, SANUEL J. ~YOUNG and HENRY MOSS have presented
a deed dated April 14, 1958, all conveying easements for d~ainage
purposes to connect a drainage structure into the West ditch, and
all of which deeds are without cash consideration being paid by the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City accepts said
deeds and directs Carl J. Tho~ton, the City's designated agent, to
place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
