A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING WORK TO BE DONE
ON DAISY AVENUE AND OTHER STRk'~,TS IN SAID CITY,
IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
NO. 58-129
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, on the
19th day of May, 1958, passed and adopted its Resolution of Inten-
tion, being Resolution No. 58-1~9, to order the work described
therein to be done, which said Resolution of Intention duly and
legally was published as required by law, and notice of said im-
provement has been given in the manner required by law, and no pro-
test having been filed by the owner of any property to be assessed
for said improvement prior to the time set in said Resolution of
Intention for filing protests,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES RESOLVEAS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the public interest and convenience re-
quire, and the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby orders
the work described in said Resolution of Intention to be done, to
wit:
The improvement of:
Daisy Avenue'between Myrtle Street and First Street;
Myrtle Street between Artesia Street and Daisy Avenue;
Pine Street between Daisy Avenue and Artesia Street; and
Daisy Avenue between Fifth Street and a point 632 feet -
nor~therly of Fifth Street,
all within the City of Santa Aha, by the grading, preparing of sub-
grade, paving with plant mix surface, construction of concrete curbs
and gutters, concrete sidewalks, and concrete driveway aprons, and
appurtenant work thereto.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council hereby is directed to

post a notice for five (5) days on or near the door of the Council
Chamber of the City Hall inviting sealed proposals or bids for
doing the work ordered and referring to the specifications on file,
and to publish a notice inviting such proposals for two (2) days in
the "Santa Aha Register", a newspaper published and circulated in
the City of Santa Aha, the first of which publications shall be not
less than ten (10) days before the date said bids are to be opened.
SECTION 9. Reference hereby is made to said Resolution
of Intention for a description of the work, the assessment district,
the bonds to be issued~ and for further particulars.
SECTION 4. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
adoption of this resolutiou~ and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
