PROPERTY FOR STREET RIGHT-0P-W~\Y VfHERE CITY IS PAYING
NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, the followin~ persons have presented to the City
deeds conveying property
Street, and the dates of
the grantors:
for the purpose of widening North Main
the deeds are set opposite the names of

GEORGE E. FAIRES
THOMAS W. ~gA~KHAM and ZELLA A. MARKHAM
~. BRADFORD HELLIS and MARY S. HELLIS
MISSION SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION

WHEREAS, JESSE 0JEDA and LILLIA~ M. 0JEDA have delivered to
the City a deed dated June 16, 1958, conveying an easement for
the widening of Seventeenth Street on the South side, West of Mabury
Street, and
WHEREAS, SANTAVOIT CORP. has delivered to the City a deed
dated June 9, 19~8, granting ane asement for street purposes along
the easterly side of Harbor Boulevard and the northerly side of
quntzinger Avenue, and
WHEREAS, WALTON E. SCHIR~ER and WALTON E. SCHIR~ER, JR. have
presented to the City a deed dated June 5, 19~8, granting a street
easement 30 feet wide across a 50-foot parcel of land for future
Brook Street, and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without casa consideration being
paid by the City;
NOW, THEKEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptmace on said Deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of tae City ~$ Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the ~¢h~day of Jun~, 1~58.
