AGREE~ENT WITH CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC

WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha and the State of California,
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, have agreed upon
the installation of highway lighting at the intersections of Edinger
Street, St. Andrew Place, and St. Gertrude Place, with State Highway
Route VII-Ora-184-SA, which is South Main Street within the City,
which said Agreement provides for a sharing of the work and the costs
necessary for the installation of said highway lighting, and which
said Agreement has been reduced to writing under the title of
"Agreement #766", and is presented herewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby
approves said Agreement and the Mayor ar~ the Clerk of the Council
of the City of Santa Ana are hereby authorized and directed to ex-
ecute the same on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, California.
