AGREW~ENT WITH CALI~RNIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC W~RKS
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha, and the State of California, Department of Public Works, Division of Highways,
have agreed upon the installation of fall-traffic-actuated traffic control signal system and highway lighting, and
the construction of intersection improvements at the intersection of Bristol Avenue and State Highway Route VII-Ora-
i?9-SA, which is Memory Lane ~ithin the City, and have agreed upon a division of work and the sharing of the expense
of such work, which Agreament has been reduced to writing and is presented under the title of "Agreement #773";
NOW, THE~F_~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ci~ Council approves ~aid Agreement and the Mayor and the Clerk of the
~ Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City.
