A Rw-~0LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, AIX)PTING PROFILE AND
IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF SIXTH STREET AND HAWLEYSTREET IN
SAID CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain profile and improvement
plan, No. AD 203, on file in the office of the City Engineer of
said City of Santa Ana, for the improvement of:
Sixth Street between Hawley Street and a line 750 feet ~
westerly therefrom, said line being the north line of
Tract No. 633; and
The westerly portion of Hawley Street between Fifth Street
and the north line of Tract No. 633
all in the City of Santa Ana, be and the same hereby is adopted and
approved for such work and improvement.
That that certain specification prepared by the City Engi-
neer for said City of Santa Ana and on file in the office of the
Clerk of the Council thereof, entitled "Specifications for Improve-
ment in Assessment District No. 203", be and the same hereby is
approved and adopted for such work and improvement.
SECTION 2. It hereby is ordered that the above mentioned
plans and specifications shall be filed in the office of the City
Engineer of said city, and both such plans and specifications shall
be open to public inspection.
SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution.
