RESOLUTION NO. ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS ~tERE
CITY IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ~IDCO, a Corporation, has presented to the City a
grant deed dated June 26, 19~8, conveying Lot 167 of Tract No. 2041
as per map in Book 105, pages 18, 19 and 20 of l~iscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California, in consideration of the ps~ment
of $6,000.00, and
WHEREAS, HARRIET STEVENS COFFIN has presented ~ the City a
deed dated May l~, 1958, conveying Lot 8 of the Geo. W. Ford's Addition
to Santa Aha, as per map in Book 2~, page 62 of Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles Cou~nty, California, in consideration of the payment of
$12,2~0.00 for Civic Center purposes, and
V[HEREAS, ALPRED W. BRADY and HELEN E. BRADY have presented to
the City a deed dated June 2, 19~8, conveying au easement for street
purposes at the Northeast corner of Delhi Road aud Rousselle Street
five feet wide and 125 feet long, together with a spandrel shaped
parcel on a 20-foot radi~us, in consideration of the payment of $269.80;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOIPED that the City accepts said
deeds and directs Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, to
place the Certificate of Acceptauce on said deeSsand cause the same
to be recorded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Sauta
