A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING WORKT0 BE DONE ON
ST. ANDREW PLACE AND OTHER STREETS IN ACCORDANCE
WITH RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 58-151
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, on the
16th day of June, 1958, passed and adopted its Resolution of In-
tention, being Resolution No. 58-151, to order the work described
therein to be done, which said Resolution of Intention duly and
legally was published as required by law, and notice of said im-
provement has been given in the manner required by law, and pro-
tests having been filed by the owners of the property to be asses-
sed for said improvement, prior to the time set in said Resolution
of Intention for filing protests, and having been heard and over-
ruled by the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the public interest and convenience
require, and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby
orders the work described in said Resolution of Intention to be
done, to wit: the improvement of:
Oak Street between Delhi Road and the north line of Tract
No. 560;
Kilson Drive between Delhi Road and the north line of
Tract No. 560;
Hickory Street between Delhi Road and the north line of
Tract No. 560;
Halladay Street between Delhi Road and the north line of
Tract No. 560;
The easterly portion of Rousselle Street between Anahurst
Place and the north line of Tract No. 560;
Cedar&Street between St. Andrew Place and a point 415
feet - north of the center line of St. Andrew Place;
Everg{een Street between St. Andrew Place and a point 415
feet - north of the center line of St. Andrew Place;

The westerly portion of Standard Avenue betwee~ St. Gertrude
Place and a point 415 feet ~ north of the center line of
St. Andrew Place~
St. Andrew Place betweeu Rousselle Street aud Standard
Avenue;
St. Gertrude Place between Rousselle Street and Cedar
Street, and the northerly portion of St. Gertrude Place
between Cedar Street and Standard Avenue;
Anahurst Place between Rousselle Street and the east line
of Tract No. 668~ and
The northerly portion of Delhi Road between Rousselle
Street and the east line of Tract No. 668,
all within the City of Santa Aha, by the removal of existing im-
provements, grading, preparing of subgrade, paving with asphaltic
plant mix, construction of concrete curbs, gutters, and driveway
aprons, and appurtenant work thereto.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council hereby is directed
to post a notic~ for five days on or near the door of the Council
Chamber of the City Hall, inviting sealed proposals or bids for
doing the work ordered and referring to the specifications on file
and to publish a notice inviting such proposals for two days in
the "Santa Aha Independent", a newspaper pubtLshed and circulated
in the City of Santa Ana, the first of which publications shall be
not less than ten days before the date said bids are to be opened.
SECTION 3. Reference hereby is made to said Resolution
of Intention for a description of the work, the assessment dis-
trict, the bonds to be issued, and for further particulars.
SECTION 4. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
