FOR THE CITY OF SA2~TA ANA IN ALL SNALL CLAIMS ACTIONS
WHEREIN SAID CITY IS A PARTY
BE IT PJ~SOLVED I~HAT: LAWRENCE ~g. SHAP~FER is hereby appointed
and designated as the agent of and for the City of Santa A~a, a
l~unicipal Corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the
State of California, and is aut~aorized to appear in all Small Claims
actions in any court v~aerein said City of Ssa ta Ana is a party,
either as pleintiff or defendant, and he is ~thorized to file Small
Claims actions or to appear and defend such actions f~r and on behalf
of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of S~ ta
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of July, 195~.
