PROPERTY WHE-~ CITY IS P%~YING CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, GLEN GASSER and ~ffLDA GASSER nave presented to the
City a deed dated June 26, 1958, conveying fee title to said property
in the City of Santa Ana described as:
That portion of Block B of Grouard's Addition to the Town
of Santa Ana, as show~ on a Ma~o recorded in Book 23, Page
38 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the ~outh line of said Block B which
is distant 26.~ feet East of the Southwest comer of Lot 5
in said Block B; thence North parallel with the West line of
ssid Lot 3, 100 feet to a point which is distant 25 feet
South of the North line of said Dlock B; thence East parallel
with the ~orth line of said 5lock B, 44 feet to a point which
is distant 21.12 feet East measured at right au gles of the
West line of Lot 2 in said Block; thence South and par~lel
with the West line of said Lot 2, 100 feet to a point in the
South line of said Block B; t~ence ~fest along the South line
of said Block B, 44 feet to the point of beginning,
in consideration of toe payment of the sum of ~7,650.00.
NOW, THERn. PORE, BE IT R~sOLV~D that the City accepts said deed
