AND ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR Tt_~ PLACE~,IENT OF PRESENT
EI~iPLO~ES ~VITHIN THE WAGE AND SALARY SC~TEDUI2_~]S PROVIDED"
WHER~AS, on December 26, 19~1, t~e Board of Trastees of the
City of Santa Aua passed a~ d adopted Resolution No. ~ll4 establishing
a basic compensation plan for certain classes ~f employment in the
service of the City of Smata Ana; and
~EREAS, it is now desired to add two new classes of emplo~e~t
and allocate the same to the Salary and Wage Schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 'z~aat Section 3, Resolution
N~. ll4 be and t~e sa~'~e is hereby amended by adding to the list of
class titles the class title of "Criminalist" i~msdiately following
the class title of "Constrs~ctton Inspector", and by al locating thereto
Salary and Wage Sc~edule ~io. 36, mud by adding to said list the class
title of "Parking Control Officer" immediately following the class
title of "Park Superintendent", and by allocating thereto Salary and
'~a~e Schedule ~,~o. 24.
BE IT t~RTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution si~all taks effect
on September 1st, 19~8.
