RIGHTS TO PROVIDE A 3~-FOOT DRIVEWAY FOR SERVICE
STATIOM.
~Y~EREAS, heretofore tho ~tt~, was ranted access rzghts across
the front of tae property herein involved, and the City Council has
now determined that tho owner should be allowed a 39-foot driveway,
which exceeds by 10 feet the drivewa'f presently provided for;
NOW, 'i~tERi]P0[~, BE IT RESOLVED: That the [.~ayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute and deliver to HARRY
J. TAi[CREDI and }.{AY A. TAi,fCREDI a deed quitclaiming:
"All vehicular access rights to 17th Street from the lands
lying South of the South line of the northerly 22.00 feet
of the easterly 10.00 feet of the westerly 70.30 feet of
Lot 1 i~ Bloc~~ 10 of a Subdivision of Blocks 10 and 11 in
the Town of Sarga And East as shown on a map thereof re-
corded in Book 24, at Page 76 of Miscell~eous Records of
Los Angeles County, California."
