PUBLIC SERVICE WATER LIi@J EASE~ENT RUNNING SOUTH
FROM DELHI ROAD
V~EREAS, on July 21st, 1958, the City Council adopted Resolu-
tion No. 58-178 declaring its intention to vacate a public service
easement described therein, which said Resolution was published and
posted as required by law, and
¥~EREAS, a public hearing was duly held on August 18, 1958,
upon d~e notice in said Resolution and said posted notices contained;
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the
City of Ss~ta Ana hereby finds from all the evidence submitted that
the public service easement herein described is unnecessary for
present or prospective water line purposes, or other public purposes,
and said City Co'oncil hereby makes its Order vacating aad abandoning
s~d public service~easement for water line or other public purposes,
which said easement is in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, and described as:
A strip of land five (~) feet ~de
half (2~) feet on each side of the
line:
and being two aud one-
following described center
Beginning at a point in the sout~eriy line of Delhi Road,
said poi~t being distant 3~7~ feet easterly from the north-
westerly corner of Block "A" of South Santa Ana, ~s per map
thereof on file in Book 5, Page 43, Hiscellaneous ~aps, Re-
cords of Orange County, California; thence Southerly snd
parallel to the ~esterly line of said Block "A" a distance
of 205 feet to a point.
