W. ANNEX", AND GIVING ~0TICE OF TI:~E Ai~D PLACE ?OR HEARING OF PROTESTS THERETO WHEP~AS, the Boundary Commission of Orange County, Califomia has approved the description of certain real property, as herein set out for the purpose of annexation, and the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has approved said sancxation; and WHEREAS, the o'muers of more than 2~( of the total value and area of said property have filed a petition with ~e Clerk of the Council requesting that the City of Sm ta kna annex said real prop- un~nhabmted, erty, and stating tlmt the same is ' ' · NOW, ~i~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares its intention to annex all of said territory under t:~e provisions of tko Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act oi 1939 and hereby finds and declares that said terrt- tory is untr~abited witi~in the meshing of ~ection 3~-303 of the Govern- merit Code on ~he date of' the adoption of this Resolution; t~...~.t said terrztory is contiguous to the .~Lt~, of Santa Ana, lies in tho County of Orange, State of California, am~l is described as: "Beginning at an ani~le point in the Cit.? boundary of the Cit.~ of Sm ta ina, ss id point being a point on the center line of Sullivan Street, 964.92 feet due South of the ~{orthwest corner of the tract conveyed by ~-I.
