RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 58-162 "DECLARING THAT CERTAIN PROPOSED
THOROUGHFARES BE ADDED TO THE MAJOR CITY STREET SYSTEM: ALSO REQUEST-
ING THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, TO APPROVE
THE DECLARATION".
WHEREAS:
The State of California, Department of Public Works will not
approve, for expenditure of Gas Tax Funds allocated to the City of
Santa Ana, those streets extendinE beyond the City Limits.
WHEREAS:
Various streets designated in Resolution No. 58-162 extends
beyond the City Limits.
NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved that Resolution No. 58-162 be
rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED bythe Council of the CitY of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 18th day of August , 1958.
