DECLARING THAT CERTAIN PROPOSED THOROUGHFARES BE ADDED TO THE MAJOR
CITY STREET SYSTEM;ALSO REQUESTING THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPART-
MENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, TO APPROVE THE DECLARATION.
BE IT RESOLVED: That Raitt Street and Standard Avenue, now
classified as Major City Streets, be approved as defined below
and be added to the Major City Street System, which was approved
by Resolution No. 56-137 and accepted by the State of California:
Raitt Street Fifth Street to Glenwood Pl.
Standard Ave. First Street to Delhi Road
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Department of Public Works,
State of California, is hereby requested to approve and agree to
the above designated Major City Streets as an addition to the
present Major Streets designated in the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the l§th~, dsv of A~%
