RESOLUTION DECLARING "YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY" INT~ECTIONS:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 471.1, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code of the City of Santa Ana, the City Council hereby declares the following
named intersection within the City of Santa Ana hereinafter described to be a
"Yield Right-of-Way" intersection, to-wit:
ORANGE AVENUE
At the intersection of Orange Avenue and Central Avenue
that a "Yield Right-of-Way" sign shall be erected at the above intersection,
directing traffic on Central Avenue to "Yield" to the traffic on O~e~ Avenue;
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs to be erected
as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular
meeting held on the 18~h d~y of August .., 1958.
