WHEHEAS~ it is deemed advisable and necessary to employ such a
person known as a Resident Engineer~ and
WME~AS, such a position sD-11 be of a temporary nature~
NOW~ '£~HEFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the position of Resident Engineer
is hereby created and established, and that the salary for such Resident
Engineer sh, ll be the rate of $7OO~00 per month.
