HomeMy WebLinkAbout58-219RESOLUTION NO. 58-219 A RESOLUTION 0F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ORDERING CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS IN THOSE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT 0F MAIN STRW~.T INSTITUTED PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 58-118 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, by Reso- lution No. 58-205 adopted the 18th day of August, 1958, declared its intention to order certain modifications in those proceedings for the improvement of Main Street between Edinger Street and Delhi Road, as such proceedings were instituted pursuant to Resolu- tion No. 58-118, and WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 58-205 duly and legally was pub- lished as required by law, and notice of the intention to order said proposed modifications duly has been given, and WHEREAS, a hearing has been held thereon by said City Council and, WHEREAS, no written protests or objections to said modifica- tions have been filed by any interested person, and no oral objec- tions or protests thereto have been made to the said City Council, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES NOW, THEREFORE, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 5231-5235 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Califo~ uia, said City Council declares that it has acquired Jurisdiction to order the modifications proposed in said Resolution No. 58-205 and hereby orders and directs that said modifications and each of specifically set forth iu said Resolution No. 58-205 be them as made. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
