RE$OL%TTION NO. 58-220 ORiNTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION

~HE'%EAS, heretofore one John D. Huston filed Variance Appli-
cation No. 1024 wits the Smta Ana Planning Commission requesting
permission to repair small electrical applimnces in his garage on the
propez~ty hereinbelow referred to, and the Planning Commission forwarded
the matter to the City Council, without recommendation;
NOW, THEreFORE, BE IT RESOLF£D: 5%at after study and consid-
eration the City ~ouncil f~nds that the granting of said variance
would not be detrimental to other properties in the community, and
taat the sate should be granted to apply to the residential property

ifornia, to permit s~d applicant to use the two-ear garage on his
lot for the purpose of repairing smgll
