EASE~ENT FOR STREET PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the Pacific Electric Railroad Company, a California
Corporation, has ~ esented to the City an Indenture dated August 27,
City permission to constr~ct and maintain a
right-of-way for Evergreen Street and Halladay
1958, granting to the
street across private
Street;
NOW,
Indenture,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City accepts said
directs the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council to execute
the same on behalf of the City, and directs Carl J. Thornton, the
City's designated agent, to place his Certificate of Acceptance on
said Indenture and to record the same.
