ORieNTING AN EAS~'N~TO THE SOUTHER~T C~LIFOM~ IA EDISON
C0~i~PAI~¥ FOR UTILITY LI~CES
W.~iEREAS, it is desired that the Southern California Edison
Company exCend their power lines north from Delhi Road for the service
of a City building with electrical energy;
i~0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the I,~ayor mad the Clerk
of the Council ar~e hereby directed to execute that certain grant of
easement on the part of the City of Sa~za Aha, granting an easement
for the placement of structures and the maintenance of the same to
transmit electrical energy over that certain property described as:
The easterly 6 feet of Lot 167, MTract 2041, as per map
recorded in Book 10~, Pages 18, 19 and 20 of ~.~iscellaneou~
Naps, Records of Orange County,
and to deliver the same to the Southeru California Edison Co~pany.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the
1958.
