FOR STREET PURPOSES
now been dedicated to
NOW, TItEREFORE,
hereby accepts
WHEREAS, heretofore, by the filing of Map of Tract No. 420
certain property was shown on said Nap as a long, narrow strip of
land 30 feet wide, with a notation on said Map indicating that
said property was to become and was offered as a street when an
adjacent 30 feet is dedicated or deeded on the north side thereof,
WHEREAS, an additional 30 feet in a portion of said area has
the City and improved with standard paving;
BE IT HESOIMED: ~hat the City of Santa Aha
and
The westerly 12~7 feet of Lot A, of Tract No. ~20,
as per Map thereof recorded in Book 16, Page U of
Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California,
for street purposes, in accordance with the offer of dedication of
s~l d property as shown on the Map of Tract No. 420.
