THE CITY IS PAYING 'C~SH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, NI C 0 LAS C. LUZANIA and PEGGY L.
to the City a deed granting an undivided two-thirds interest in and
to a parcel of real property on the north side of Eighth Street, west
of Artesia Street, dated August 22, 1958, and NICOLAS C. LUZANIA, as
Guardian of the Estate of ALICE RACHEL LUZANIA, a Ninor, has presented
to the City a Guardian's deed conveying all right, title and interest
of said Minor, which as mown by the records is a one-third undivided
interest in s~d to sa~ d real property, which Guardian,s deed is dated
September ll, 1958, inconsideration of the cash payment in amount of
$13,000.00, and
WHEREAS, said parcel of real property is the only remaining
parcel necessary to complete the construction of E1 Salvador Park in
the City of Santa Ana;
NOW, THEREF0~qE BE IT RESOLVED that
said deeds and directs Carl J. Thornton,
