RECOMMENDATION 0~ THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, on Application No. 260, the Planning Commission,
after hearing, reconmmended denial, and the City Council, after hearing,
was
finds that the none which/applied for, should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council does not
agree with the recommendation of the Planning Con~ission expressed in
Resolution No. 402~, but finds that the Dist~ ct Classification should
be changed as applied for.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of October, 1958.
