CREATING A LOADING ZONE ON MAIN STREET BETWEEN THIRD STREET AND FOURTH STREET ~
BE IT RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha ~unicipal Code,
the City ~ereb¥ establishes parking regulations and limitations as set forth in
Section 3218 of the Santa Aha ~unicipal Code, as follows ~
MAIN STREET
On the west side of Main Street between Third Street and Fourth Street, as follows ~
North 40 feet of the south 90 feet
There is hereby created a WHITE loading zone. It is expressly provided, however,
that no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle in said loading zone between
the hours of 3~0 P.M. and 6~O0 P.M. of any day,
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to he painted
as next hereinahove described.
