CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
~HEREAS, SANTA ANA JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY
has presented to ~he City a deed dated September 25, 1958, convey-
ing an easement for street purposes along the South side of Seven-
teenth Street West of Bristol, and
WHEEEAS, the ROMA~ CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF LOS ANGELES, a
Corporation sole, has presented to the City a deed dated October 9,
1958, conveying an easement for street purposes along the South side
of Fairview, West of Center, and the East side of Clara, South of
Fairview, and
WHEP~AS, WILBERT N. and FLORENCE A. KAHOUN have presented to
the City a deed dated October 14, 1958, conveying an easement
a triangular shaped portion of alley in Tract No. 3293.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is hereby
directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds and
to cause the same to be recorded.

Ana at its regular meeting held
