A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI~ OF THE CITT OF
SANTA ANA CHANGING THE WORK PROPOSED TO BE DONE IN
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.
~HEREAS, by Resolution No. 58-11 of the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha, certain specifications entitled "Specifications
for Street Improvements in Assessment District No. 197" and plan
No. AD197 were approved and adopted; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 58-15 of said City Council, said
City Council declared its intention to order the work done as de-
scribed iu said resolution; and
WHEHEAS, the City Council has been advised by the Director of
Public Works of said city, certain changes in said specifications,
plans, and work should be made;
NO~, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE Ci'TY OF SANTA ANA DOE~
RESOLVEAS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That said City Council hereby proposes to
change the work described iu said plans and specifications and the
work described and set forth in said Resolution No. 58-15 as here-
inafter set forth:
A. Said work shall be changed by modifying said plans as
follows:
(1) There shall be deleted from Sheet 9 the
culverts shown at Station 4 e 89.3 on
Adams Street, and Station 4 + 29 on Adams Street;
(2) Sheet No. 20 shall be modified by showing a
straight grade between Stations 3 + 85 to
6 + O0 ou Adams Street;
(3) There shall be deleted from Sheet 6 the cul-
vert at Station 12 v 12 on Central Avenue;
(4) Sheet No. 20 shall be modified to show there-
ou a straight grade between Station l0 + 68
to 13 + O0 on Central Avenue;
(5) There shall be deleted from Sheet 6 the cul-
vert shown at Station 12 + 50 on Central Avenue.

B. Said work further shall be changed by modifying said plans
as follows: The following drive approaches shall be deleted
or added as indicated. The number in the lefthaud column under
"Parcel No." shall designate the location of the addition or dele-
tion as shown ou said plans. The Column headed "Description"
shall designate the size and character of the change. The column
headed "Sheet No." shall designate the sheet number of said plans
on which the change shall be made, and the last two columns shall
indicate whether the change is an addition to or a deletion from
the work~ and such changes as set forth in the description column
shall be ou the streets indicated in said column.

Said plans as proposed to be modified are on file in the
office of the City Engineer of said city and shall be open and
available for inspection.
It is estimated that the cost of the proposed changes
willdecrease the cost of the work by the sum of $ 12~082.00
SECTION 2. That notice hereby is given that on the

3rd day of November, 1958, at 7:30 otclock P.M. any person in-
terested in the proceedings referred to in said Resolution
No. 58-15, the said resolution referring to the improvement of
Delhi Road and other streets within the City, as set forth in said
resolution, by the clearing of right-of-way, grading, preparing
subgrade, and paving with asphaltic plant mix, construction of con-
crete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and driveway aprons, and other
work appurtenant thereto as set forth in said resolution, having
any objections to the changes proposed herein, may appear before
said City Council and show cause why said changes should not be
ordered, and any person interested may file written objections to
the proposed changes with the Clerk of the Council at any time not
later than the time set for hearing.
SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council hereby is directed
to publish this resolution in the "Santa Aha Register" at least
once, the first publication to be at least ten (10) days prior to
the date of the above public hearing.
SECTION 4. The Clerk of the Council
