CONCERNING P/~KINO LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
B£ IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ann Municipal
Code, the City declares that portion of Resolution No. 56-193, adopted on the
2nd day of July, 1956, and ordering the curb painted YELLOW, as
NORT~ ~ESPERIAN STREET
On the west side of North Hesperian Street, between Fourth Street and Fifth Street,
as follows ~
North 38 feet of the South 74 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public ~orks is hereby directed
to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code
of the State of California, Section 472~ and Section 3201 of the Santa Ann Municipal
Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitaticns as eet
forth in Section 3218 of the Santa Ann Municipal Code, as
NORTH I~ES PER IAN STREET
On the east side of North Hesperian Street, between Fourth Street and Fifth Street,
as
South 40 feet of the north 102 feet
and said curb along said street shall he painted YELLOW, and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
PASSED A~) ADOPTED hy the Council of the City of Santa Ann at its regular meeting
held on the 20th day of October , 1958.
