CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THERBWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha ~unicipal Code,
the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth
in Section 3213 of the Santa Ana ~unicipal Code, as follows:
BIRCH STREET
On the east side of Birch Street between Fourth Street and Fifth Street, as follows:
South 10 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to cause thd said curb to be painted as hereinabove
described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code
of the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking reguiations and limitations as set
forth in Section 3218 of the Santa Aha Municipai Code, as follows:
BIRCH STREET
On the east side of Birch ~treet between Fourth Street and Fifth Street, as follows:
North 37 feet of the south 47 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted YELLOW, and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Oode of
the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code, the City declares that portion of Resolution No. 3502, adopted on the 7th day
of October, 1946, and ordering the curb painted YELLOW, as follows:
FRENCH STREET
On the west side of French Street between Third Street and Fourth Street, as foiiows
South 26 feet of the north 54 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicie Code
of the State of California, Section 472, and Section 320! of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code, the City Councii hereby establishes parking regulatlons and iimitations as set
forth in Section 3218 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows:

On the West side of French Street between Third Street and Fourth Street, as follows:
South 30 feet of the north 45 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted YELLOW, and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
BE IT FURTHF. q R~SOLVHD: That the City Council hereby establishes parking
regulations and limitations as set forth in Sectin 3213 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code, as follows:
FRENCH STREET
On the west side of French Street between Third Street and Fourth Street, as follows:
North 15 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED~ and the Director of Public Works
is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
