A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA ORDERING CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS OF THE
WORK TO BE DONE IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 197
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 58-265, declared
its intention to order certain modifications for the improvement of
Delhi Road and other streets in Assessment District No. 197, as such
proceedings were instituted pursuant to Resolution No. 58-15; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 58-265 duly and legally was pub-
lished as required by law and notice of the intention to order
said proposed modifications duly has been given; and
WHEREAS, a hearing has been held thereon by said City Council;
and
WHEREAS, no written protests or objections to said modifica-
tions have been filed by any interested person, and no oral objec-
tions or protests thereto have been made to the City Council;
N0tg, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That,
5231 - 5235 of the Streets
pursuant to the provisions of Sections
and Highways Code of the State of Cali-
fornia, said City Council declares that it has acquired Jurisdic-
tion to order the modifications proposed in said Resolution No.
58-265, and hereby orders and directs that said modifications and
each of them as specified in said Resolution No. 58-265 be made.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the
adoption of this resolution.
