A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA ORDERING CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS IN THOSE
PROCEEDINGS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF ST. ANDREW
PLACE INSTITUTED PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 58-139
~HEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 58-247, declared
its intention to order certain modifications in those proceedings
for the improvement of St. Andrew Place and other streets as such
proceedings were instituted pursuant to Resolution No. 58-139; and
h~HEREAS, said Resolution No. 58-247 duly and legally was pub-
lished as required by law, and notice of the intention to order
said proposed modificatiormduly has been given; and
WHEREAS, a hearing has been held thereon by said City Council;
and
WHEREAS, no written protests or objections to said modifica-
tions have been filed by any interested person and no oral objections
or protests thereto have been made to the said City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the provisions of Sections
5231-5235 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Cali-
fornia, said City Council declares that it has acquired Jurisdiction
to order the modifications proposed in said Resolution No. 58-247
and hereby orders and directs that said modifications and each of
them as specifically set forth in said Resolution No. 58-247 be
made.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
