RESOLUTION NO.
CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB ~&a2RKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT~ Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State
of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, the City
declares that portion of Resolution No. 56-119, adopted on the 16th day of April, 1956,
and ordering the curb painted RED, as follows:
~IXTH STREET
On the south side of Sixth Street between Birch Street and Broadway, as follows:
West 9 feet of the east 178 feet
West 6.5 feet of the east 214.5 feet
West 6.5 feet of the east 241 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: The City Council hereby establishes parking regula-
tions and limitations as set forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as
follows:
SIXTH STREET
On the south side of Sixth Street between Birch Street and Broadway, as follows:
West 5 feet of the east 175 feet
West 4 feet of the east 2~0 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and the Director of Public Works
is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
held on the 3z'd day of November, 1958.
