CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB ~LARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 472~ and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code,
the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth
in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municpal Code, as follows:
~OUTH BAKER STREET
On the west side of Baker Street between Edinger St. and St. Andrew Place, as follows:
South 175 feet of the north 261 feet
shall be designated as a "Bus Loading Zone" and said curb along said street shall be
painted RED, and the Uirector of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the said
curb~ to be painted as hereinabove described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehilce Code of
the State of Califorhia, Section No. 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations as set
forth in Section 3215 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows:
SOUTH BAKER STREET
On the west side of Baker Street between Edinger St. and St. Andrew Place, as follows:
South 66 feet of the north 86 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted (~EE..._.N and shall bear a legened in
white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking shall be
twenty-four (24) minutes, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to
cause said curb to be painted as next hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
held on the 3rd day of November
