A RESOLUTION OF THE CI~f COUNCIL OF THE CI~ 0F
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF DELHI ROAD AND OTHER STREETS
~MtEREAS, the assessment for the improvement of Delhi Road and
other streets, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 58-15, was
filed in the office of the Clerk of the Council of said city on

October 17, 958, and
WHEREAS, all proceedings in connection therewith have been in
accordance with law; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on said assessment was held on No-
vember 17, 1958, and there were no written objections, protests, or
appeals thereto or therefrom;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANCTA ANA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the assessment and diagram for the im-
provement of Delhi Road and other streets, under Resolution of In-
tention No. 58-15, be, and the same hereby is, confirmed and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Street Superintendent shall forthwith
a~tach a warrant to said assessment bearing the date of this order.
SECTION 4. That the Clerk of the Council shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November , 1958.
